Birthday Couture

Talk about a sexy, chic, weekend-long celebration....I've fallen in love with Memphis all over again!  The weekend began with Friday night at Cafe Soul with wonderful friends.  Picture this: Intimate lighting. Sexy

atmosphere. Music that pulsates through your heart. Sultry, soulful sounds.  Two words: destiny fulfilled.

After Cafe Soul, my friends and I went to Fox and Hound and shut it down!  Pool, drinks, excellent conversation, and great friends....what more could you ask for??? 

Saturday, I had the opportunity to do community service with the awesome kids of the 1Eighty youth ministry of New Direction Christian Church.  I ♥ them so!!!  Afterwards, the bff and I went shopping and preprared for a sexy night out at the Urban Hang Suite.  Shout out to the men of Brothers Inc for bringing sexy back to the Hunt Phelan!  A good time was to be had by all.....the best birthday ever.......

Let the Celebration Begin!!!

So, this week has been a beautiful one.....we've celebrated a profound legacy left by an astonishing leader, Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., and this weekend, we will celebrate a national holiday: my 26th birthday!!!  Let's show our city some love - EliteGlamDiva style!!!!  Details to come soon.....stay tuned :-)

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!

So, I know it's been a while since I've updated the blog, but I'm back ladies and gentlemen, and I missed you so!!!!  It's COLD outside in the M today......wind chill factor of as low as 1 degree.....so "boo" season is in full effect!!  If you're like me, and you're "boo-less,"  I suggest you have a girls night in (for the ladies, of course)....movies, wine, stimulating conversations by the fire place!  Guys, get your ESPN on.....you know how to do it!  Kids are included too - Wii, family movie night, the works! 

I know of a few "house sets" jumpin tonight that sound interesting.....house sets around this itme of year are always a good look. 

As far as the city is concerned, Cafe Soul is always sexy on Fridays: live music, sexy atmosphere, South Main district.....what more could you ask for???
